| Outside the main station (Nagasaki Eki Mae) there is a huge junction; several main multi-lane roads coming together with the addition of two tram lines and platforms. To avoid constant traffic delay and for pedestrians' safety and convenience, there is an extensive walkway over the whole area, including lifts. Such things must exist elsewhere, but I have never seen anything so magnificently adapted to the situation. I thought it worthy of some photos ....... |
