This site is dedicated to ZHENG Lunian, teacher and International Relations Consultant for ISUGA, Quimper.

Lunian was my friend and colleague for 10 years at ISUGA, which I left in December 2007. He was an absolutely invaluable teacher and colleague on our programme, and during this entire time I never remember a single cross word between us. He gave me enormous encouragement and support and without him the great pleasure I derived from my work would have been considerably diminished.

When I was asked to go to Lanzhou on a teaching and promotional mission for the school, he made all the arrangements, met me at the airport in Shanghai on arrival from Paris and two weeks later on my return from Lanzhou and in general did all he could to make my visit a happy and successful one. I wasn't surprised by this but of course extremely grateful as ever.

On my return to Shanghai after two weeks in Lanzhou, he had arranged a 60th birthday dinner for me with some former Chinese students. This was another wonderful surprise and happy memory.
