On the banks of the Tsurumi River by Kamoi in Yokohama a pic-nic festival in the Spring sunshine was enjoyed on this day. Pic-nics are big in Japan - and why not!

I later took a walk along the river to Shin Yokohama,which has a huge area devoted to outdoor activities, particularly sport - with the Nissan Stadium dominating the skyline.
