NEWS from IRELAND

Due to a water shortage in Ireland, the government has decreed that all swimming pools in the entire country must temporarily close down two of their existing swimming lanes.

In a further move to increase integration with the EU the Irish government has decided to change to driving on the right. However, given the complexity of this change it will be a phased transition. Private vehicles will change over on Monday, 8th November with commercial vehicles following suit on Monday, 15th November.
